Core to every evaluation is close observation of each of your salespeople during their ‘Critical Sales Moments’ (Critical Hour, Critical 10 Minutes, etc), a real meeting or telephone conversation with a customer – prospective or existing. Each ‘Critical Sales Moment’ is the acid test of your sales process, your sales toolkit and your capacity to generate new revenue – in short, your sales performance.

Salesforce evaluation is conducted on the road by Silent Edge’s specialist team. Each member of the team has a successful record as a frontline salesperson and as a manager. They’ll observe discreetly and interview each salesperson, following an astutely conceived questionnaire.

Our evaluation methodology ensures that Silent Edge’s conclusions are well-informed and that recommendations for coaching, mentoring and training are based on fact.

Silent Edge won’t take your salespeople out of the field for days at a time. Short, sharp training sessions of two to three hours are what we generally favour. This keeps your salespeople stimulated and it won’t keep them away from their customers.
