Awards

In general we do not chase awards although if they come along we are happy to receive them and enjoy the evening. Instead we place greater emphasis on retaining our existing clients whilst winning and growing business from new ones.

Our own sales team has been – unsurprisingly – very effective in doing this and we are very proud of our new business record. However, where we have won awards we are particularly pleased that many have come from outside of the sales industry.

Silent Edge is sponsoring the National Sales Awards again this year.  We’ll also be judging and are looking forward to celebrating outstanding performance in sales this November. 

 

Jul 8 2010European Call Center Award

Silent Edge have entered two categories at the European Call Center Awards.

One for the Best Product and the second for Best Improvement Strategy.


Nov 2 2008National Sales Awards

Shortlisted in the following categories:

  • Best use of Technology in Sales
  • Best Training solution in Sales
  • Best Telesales person

Oct 20 2008Silent Edge wins another award

Silent Edge won the “Best use of Data in Business to Business” at the Data Strategy Awards Oct 2008. They beat the following companies to do so:

  • EON
  • HSBC
  • Npower
  • Rapid Racking
  • Viking UK-An Office Depot Company

Russell Ward says “This is recognition from outside of the sales industry that our data has a significant impact commercially in helping companies achieve their revenue and profit goals.”

May 20 2007Lorraine Hitchman won the rising star in the Sales Trainer of the Year category.
