Russell Ward
Russell founded Silent Edge in 2002 and is acting CEO focussing on the strategic growth and direction of the Silent Edge brand across the globe.
Russell’s passion for sales drives his ambition to change the perception of the industry through a busy schedule of promotional activity, including speaking opportunities, to raise the profile of the profession making it one that children will aspire to. An example of his innovation includes enabling sales skills to be taught to students in schools.
Russell’s insight in to the sales industry stems from 11 years experience as a Sales Director in 4 different industries included 7 years at information provider MAID plc. Between 1995 and 1996 he was European Sales Director; growing revenues from £2m to £26m in two years and expanding the sales team from 15 staff in 3 countries to 165 staff in 13 countries. His extensive experience in sales also includes consultancy for established and start-up enterprises. Russell can truly be described as an ambassador for sales professionals.

Byron Ward
Byron ensures that Silent Edge's IT strategy is closely aligned to its business strategy and the needs of its clients. He has passionately worked at Silent Edge for 7 years where his biggest achievement has been building the Sales force Evaluation product from scratch. His previous experience includes the implementation of client-management systems for the Bank of New York and at Euromoney Training he was responsible for the development and management of the e-commerce platform in London, New York and Hong Kong. Byron has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and IT and a postgraduate diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing and is PRINCE Certified.

Lorraine Hitchman
Lorraine is a multi award winning Sales and Sales Management expert whose expertise has been accumulated over 24 years of working for and with blue chip organisations, latterly with pan-European responsibility. Lorraine now heads up the Learning and Development channel of Silent Edge, building leading edge sales performance solutions which enable our clients to maximise their revenue generating opportunities in line with best practice modelling, whilst creating people centric success cultures and processes.

Andrew Hughes
Andrew Hughes has held position as Finance Director for a number of companies over the last fifteen years and has been in charge of finance at Silent Edge for the last 2 years. His experience in financial planning, capital structure and forecasting have proved invaluable in developing Silent Edge's strategy going forwards.
