Silent Edge is one of the very few companies that can develop skills for every different type of sales role in the sales industry in multiple languages right across Europe. This covers everything from service levels in Call Centres to telesales skills, new business development, strategic account management, pre-sales, sales management and sales leadership.

All our training is tailored from the results of the best practice objective evaluation. In order to get sales teams to operate at best practice levels we employ the best training people in the market.

We use over 50 Performance Partners that specialise in certain areas of sales skills such as telesales, complex sales or sales management. They have been heavily vetted and have to go through a rigorous process of accreditation before they are chosen to deliver for Silent Edge.

All have sold for at least 10 years and most have been in sales management.
