This approach takes an entire sales function (for example, your telesales, new business or account management teams) through evaluation and feedback and on to our tailored skills development workshops.

We can evaluate and coach any sales team.  Using our 170 critical moments we score performance on our electronic Sales Coaching Enabler.

This means we can identify any skills gaps that are affecting a sales person’s performance.  By examining these trends across teams we create a programme of tailored skills development workshops relevant to the specific role and to your organisation.

The workshops are best practice sessions which match the competencies used in our evaluation scorecards for each role.
