Our Assessment Centres use our objective evaluation technology in role play situations. We provide you with detailed reports on each candidate’s sales capability, benchmarked across all interviewers, which can be applied directly to a personal development programme.
Evaluation & Accreditation: A snapshot of your entire sales force
We will evaluate your sales managers and leaders, giving you a detailed report, second to none, on their capability.
Next, we’ll train and accredit your management community to use our objective methodology to evaluate their teams in live selling situations. Your managers and leaders will be fully equipped to effectively feedback results in a way that motivates change.
Skills Development: A team performing at their best
Our workshops are best practice sessions matching the competencies used in our evaluation scorecards for each role. We identify where each delegate is particularly strong or needs further coaching. We create a ‘buddying’ culture which encourages strengths and skills to be shared.
Succession Planning: Develop your future leaders
We’ll work with you to produce a Personal Development Plan for every member of your sales force. This will feed into your succession planning efforts to ensure that each team member progresses in a way that’s right for them whilst benefitting your organisation.

We are currently rolling out large-scale sales academies to 280 people in Barclays and over 1,800 in BT Business and, in 2009, we installed the largest sales academy in Europe into a global telecommunications provider, working with over 1,700 people.
We have also put sales academies into SAS Institute and Ecclesiastical Insurance Group and are installing the financial sector’s first academy into Barclays.
