This is an intensive one-day, off-site training session, normally for a maximum of 10 delegates.

The style of the session will be participative, with lots of role-playing based on real prospects/clients from the delegates’ own sales pipelines. Beyond creating an understanding, this workshop develops approaches that work in real-life sales.

The salespeople undergo electronic scorecard evaluation in the session. The results nearly always show that their skill levels are not what they thought they were. This motivates them to want to change their behaviour and increases their desire for skills development. It also ensures that any skills development will ‘stick’.
