Salesperson self-assessment
Prior to
being evaluated by the Silent Edge team, each member of the salesforce must
complete an online self-assessment.
Here they score
themselves for each sales competency and rank their motivations. Their
perceptions are later mapped against the objective assessment provided by our
observation process. The contrasts are generally very striking.
The impact of
seeing these two sets of results provides strong motivation for changes in
behaviour. Each salesperson immediately sees exactly where he or she
needs to improve in order to drive more revenue.
