Critical 10 Minute Evaluation gives you new insights into
what is happening in your company’s Critical 10 Minutes. We
observe each member of the telesales team over a period of two
hours as he or she makes a variety of calls with different
marketing/sales objectives. As we observe, we use an objective
electronic
scorecard to pinpoint both strengths and weaknesses.
This observation is complemented by a skills assessment and a
90-minute confidential interview.
