FEEDBACK
Feedback to each individual
Each person, whether a salesperson or a sales manager, will receive feedback on their results in an hour-long face-to-face session. In each case their manager will also be present in the session.
This session is one of the most important stages in Silent Edge’s
evaluation process. Notably, each salesperson or sales manager sees
how their true sales capabilities compare to their self-assessment
of their skills (see fig 1.)
The salesperson has the opportunity to voice any concerns and we will explain their development programme, highlighting matters of urgency and recommending ways of gaining some quick wins.
