Feedback to the salesforce as a whole
Silent Edge is often asked to present feedback to the entire salesforce. The content of this presentation is agreed with the project sponsor and the vocabulary will be tailored to your industry sector. The presentation to the salesforce comprises:
- A summary of the team’s sales skills and what it means to each of
them in terms of their personal development.
- Prioritised results from the confidential interviews with each member of
your salesforce, highlighting internal barriers that are limiting salesforce
motivation and sales performance
- A statistical assessment of how well your Sales Value Proposition rates
against the competition; feedback on whether your salesforce is using a SVP
in sales meetings and on how they understand and express your company’s SVP.
- Detailed recommendations on: skills development programmes for
salespeople; the timeline for the programme and what it requires from each
salesperson; the expected impact it will have on sales performance.
- We will also explain that the sales managers will participate in their
own, parallel and complementary development programme.
