Feedback to the senior management team/board
Once Silent Edge has completed evaluation of your salesforce,
we will make a 3-hour presentation to your senior management team.
This will consist of:
- A report on the team’s sales skills, with detail on
individuals as required
- A report on the sales management capability in your company
- Prioritised results from the confidential interviews with each member
of your salesforce, highlighting internal barriers that are limiting
salesforce motivation and sales performance
- A statistical assessment of how well your Sales Value Proposition
rates against the competition; feedback on whether your salesforce is
using a SVP in sales meetings and on how they understand and express
your company’s SVP.
- Detailed recommendations on skills development programmes for
salespeople and sales managers
- Recommendations on how to overcome your internal barriers
- Recommendations on your Sales Value Proposition
