Russell Ward, Sales Director at Silent Edge, said:
“The majority of traditional sales training solutions just don’t
deliver. To address this problem, we created a unique way of
measuring sales capability and began using the results to motivate
behavioural change. That was nearly 5 years ago. The results for our
clients have been remarkable and we’ve gained a reputation for being
the most innovative company at improving sales performance.”
“It’s a great accolade for the team here to be formally recognised
by BESMA for these achievements, and it should be great news for our
clients as well, as they can be assured they are working with best
in class in the UK.”
“We have proved, by going through the rigours of the BESMA judging
process, that we have the best product in the country for
identifying and driving the development needs of salesforces, but
that we also have the talent to take them to the next stage ensuring
sustainable improvements in sales performance.”
