BEST PRACTISE
WORKSHOPS
Introduction
In many training
programmes it is difficult to gauge the difference between a good
salesperson and an excellent salesperson. Silent Edge addresses the
issue with a series of Best Practice Workshops.
After
Salesforce Evaluation
has taken place, each salesperson
receives individual feedback on his or her sales skills. Once they
understand exactly where they need to develop, the team members will
be keen to know how they can improve their skills. They will also
want to aspire to a recognised level of achievement.
The Awareness Workshop
At the next stage Silent Edge demonstrates good practice to each
salesperson. We run an intensive one-day Awareness Workshop to show
salespeople the do’s and don’t of their role – and what they need to
do to score 100% on every dimension of the Silent Edge scorecard.
This off-site workshop comprises:
Demonstration of best
practice
a comprehensive tour through all elements of the Critical Hour,
demonstrating that success in negotiation and
Debrief
In a debriefing session with the project sponsor (1.5 – 2 hours),
the trainer discusses the progress of each delegate and makes
recommendations on how best to continue the delegate’s development. |
