of the Evaluation results individuals recognise the need for change,
focusing them for the development journey ahead – clearly
identifying what they need to work on and why.
Silent Edge help individuals
close the gaps identified from the Evaluation through tailored
learning and skills development workshops which ensure
sustainability within the business. There are different workshops
for each type of sales team; Account Managers, New Business,
Telesales.
The Sales Manager and their team undertake the Training & Skills
Development process together. The Sales Manager is pivotal to the
sustainability of the journey and its long term benefits of
behavioural change, empowerment and most importantly increased
performance levels and revenues. Levels of skill, drive or
motivation, attitude and confidence are explored and addressed
throughout the process, and the journey is designed to connect
individuals to this in a way that is never normally addressed.
