Our best practice competency frameworks can be tailored to any sales role. The objective evaluations cover over 170 observations that are critical to the positive outcome of a sales meeting or call.  The observer will place a tick or a cross on a digital scorecard according to whether or not the sales person demonstrated these skills, behaviours or knowledge.

This method of evalutaion means that we can identify key areas for personal improvement and, by examining performance trends across teams, we are able to create a programme of tailored skills development workshops for your sales management and their teams.
