Your trainers will firstly take part in a workshop as a delegate. They will then take part in a trainer workshop to understand the content from a coaching perspective and to learn the Silent Edge approach to teaching best practice skills.
Our experience developing this approach shows that your trainers are guaranteed to get results with maximum commitment from their audience.
We will teach your trainers how to tailor a workshop using feedback results from the objective evaluations. They will learn how to engage with their audience using proven techniques from the world of NLP.
Coaching models including the 4Mat Communication Methodology, are covered to ensure that course elements are delivered effectively. Your trainers will also understand the change curve and how to support delegates through the change process and onto achieving results.
